What software do you work with?
Most of my work so far has been in ezyVet, so that's where I'm fastest.
Using Cornerstone, AVImark, Covetrus Pulse, or something else? Reach out anyway. If it's a system I haven't worked in, I'll tell you that up front, before you commit to anything.
What I don't do
- Printers, wifi, and computers. That's an IT company.
- Anything medical. No clinical records or controlled-drug logs.
- Selling you new software. I work with what you already have.
Who you'd be working with
I'm David Myers, and I live in Lindale. Well Done Operations is just me. There's no sales team and no one I hand your clinic off to.
I got into this by sitting down with a clinic's software and going through it item by item until the numbers matched what was really on the shelf. It turns out most clinics have the same problem: good software that was never fully set up, and nobody on staff with the time to finish it. That's the job I do.

Do you work for ezyVet or another software company?
No. I'm independent. I work for clinics, not software companies, and I'm not affiliated with or certified by any of them.
Do you need my login?
No. You set me up with my own Well Done Operations login, so it's always clear what I changed, and you can turn my access off whenever you want.
We're not in East Texas. Can you still help?
Yes. The checkup and most fixes work fine by screen share. Clinics near Lindale and Tyler can have me come in person.
What does it cost?
The checkup is free. If you want me to fix what it finds, I'll quote one flat price for the whole job before anything starts.
How much of my staff's time will this take?
Very little. I do the work. Your team's part is usually a short walkthrough at the end so they know the new routine.
